Submit Abstracts – Getting Started
- First time users, please sign up for a user account at the ICOPS2021abstract submission site (https://icops2021.exordo.com/login)
- Please use the ICOPS2021-template when preparing your abstract for submission
- Please ensure that your PDF files are compliant to the PDF eXpress requirements
Abstract Submission
- The maximum limit is 2 abstracts per submitting author
- Login to your account at the ICOPS 2021 abstract submission site https://icops2021.exordo.com/login
- Click “Submit Your Abstract Now” and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your abstract
- Enter abstract title and author details
- Upload the abstract content in pdf format
- Please ensure that your PDF files are compliant to the PDF eXpress requirements

Conference ID is: 36761X
- Each abstract will be assigned an Abstract ID. Please quote this when making inquiries
- By submitting the abstract, you are granting ICOPS2021 permission to disseminate it electronically. IEEE requires a copyright form for each abstract. Please check back here for the link to submit your copyright form
Edit/modify/replace abstract
- Abstracts can be modified and resubmitted prior to the submission deadline at the ICOPS2021 abstract submission site
Review and acceptance process
- The ICOPS2021 Technical Program Committee will review abstracts for content and scientific merit
- Based on the recommendations of the Technical Program Committee, the review decision will be either "accepted” or “rejected”
- Acceptance is on condition that at least one author attends the meeting to present the accepted abstract
- English shall be the official language throughout the meeting
Meeting Registration
- Authors whose abstracts are accepted must register their meeting attendance by the registration deadline
- At the time of registration, ID of the abstracts to be presented must be provided (if an abstract has been submitted)
- An abstract is not required to register to attend the meeting, but all abstracts must have at least one registered attendee
- By default, the registrant is deemed to be the presenter. This can be the author or a co-author
- Abstracts whose authors do not register to attend the meeting risk being withdrawn
